S.NEST monitors real time DO (dissolved oxygen) and pH in all wells using optical sensors in 96/24-well plates . The data is captured during the entire cell culture period. Our software can further calculate OCR (oxygen consumption rate) and ECAR (extracellular acidification rate) from this data, improving sensitivity to detect metabolic changes earlier.
