S.NEST®2.0

Real-time metabolic
monitoring and superior
cell culture

Trusted by 100+ scientists

from Leading Biopharmaceutical Companies and Academic Institutions

At the smallest scale,
for the highest throughput

S.NEST® 2.0 is a culturing system that monitors cell metabolism in real-time and provides effective mixing in both 96 and 24-well plates. By integrating monitoring, mixing, and incubation into a single instrument, S.NEST significantly reduces time and costs associated with cell culture R&D and manufacturing.

01. “In-Well” Cell Metabolic Monitoring

↘︎ Mitochondrial respiration and glycolysis insights
↘︎ Real-time, non-invasive, sampling-free monitoring
↘︎ Measurements at 10-min intervals

S.NEST monitors real time DO (dissolved oxygen) and pH in all wells using optical sensors in 96/24-well plates . The data is captured during the entire cell culture period. Our software can further calculate OCR (oxygen consumption rate) and ECAR (extracellular acidification rate) from this data, improving sensitivity to detect metabolic changes earlier.
